Brew Burger Restaurant Wexford

Decent new burger place in Wexford. Food cooked fresh in front of you. Menu is similar to Bunsen in Dublin in the way that you pick a burger and your toppings. Messy burger, but I did also get all available toppings. Bun was kind of wet and cold, not sure why(are they frozen?). Would be better if there was sauces on the tables as well.

Purposely, I've given the service 5 stars as the staff is great 👍

I ordered the Nduja cheese fries 🍟.

They were a major disappointment, I didn't even get through one third.

Not cheesy, not spicy, not earthy, no citrus (optionally needed if done right) and lacked all flavour. Reminds me of when I had COVID 2 years ago and lost my sense of taste.

The sauce was grainy, and felt like the flour had not been cooked out.

The sauce was watery, and had no viscosity and settled at the end of. The box. Even when mixed up it just sat there, like a mopey teenager not willing to participate what should be a straight forward task

I make different (better) cheese sauces, one of which is Nduja, and mine outshines this on such a level that it's not even fair to compare. It's plain bad.. just, either change the recipe or remove it from the menu bad.

Anyway.... just don't order this.. can't speak for any other item, but this has deterred me from coming back anytime soon

Had the beef burger with a gluten free bun (in the photo) and my daughter had the chicken burger and we had them with chips and a milkshake........so good and full of flavour!
